Made President Club first 6 months and sold 200 cars my first 10 months. Then came the New pay scale and the Customer Service Associates. I was very excited to start at carmax as it seemed like an amazing place to work but after selling 10 cars a pay period and still not seeing over min wage I knew it was time to leave. The sales person turn over rate is ATROCIOUS. CarMax is big about talking through their core values but that only applies to associates. From leads on up, that is no longer important or shown. CarMax is purposely making sure more and more people quit or get let go. Upper management is working hard to make life/work balance none existent.
